How do I order?
Choose a watch, set the quantity and use Add to cart or Buy it now. Enter your delivery details and choose Cash on delivery or manual JazzCash.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery across Pakistan is Rs300 per order, shown before you place your order. Contact us for an estimated delivery time.
How do I choose a colour?
Gallery photos may show multiple finishes. Write your preferred dial colour and finish in the order notes or WhatsApp us before ordering. We confirm your selected finish before dispatch.
How do I pay with JazzCash?
Place your order using manual JazzCash, send the total to 0308 6430960 and WhatsApp your receipt with your order number to the same number. Payment is manually verified.
Are these authenticated luxury-brand watches?
These are style watches. We do not claim official luxury-brand affiliation, authentication or manufacturer warranty. Ask us for exact specifications before ordering.
Where is my order?
Use Track an order with your order number and billing email, or contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
How do I request a return?
For an incorrect, damaged or incomplete item, contact us with your order number and photos. Please obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Read Returns & refunds for details.
